The instruments of this house are built within it. Each began as a need on a live mandate; each is proved on live mandates still. Three stand today: Narval, which reads the story around a name; Retba, which guards the decisions of a state or an institution; and the Provenance Register, which seals what the other two find.
A champion’s story moves before his price does. Narval listens to what is said of a name in the world’s press, on the networks and in the memory of the machines, sets it against what performance justifies, and warns the entourage within the hour when the two part ways. The first agent of the house; it serves with the Watch.

Retba detects the assembly before the story reaches the press, names each manoeuvre on DISARM, the shared standard of the discipline, and prepares the ground the attack will land on: the facts placed early, carried by the voices the audience already trusts. What Retba learns stays with its owner, within his walls and under his jurisdiction.

The day it must be proved that a rumour was born at a given hour, from a given network, the exhibit is already on file; it stands before a judge, a newsroom or a negotiating table.
